Great Extensions but service is lacking & price too high. I started going there in 2005. I received the sew-in about every 3-4 months or so. The extensions that are put in are excellent & the hair used is the best that I had received at that time. My problem was one the cost which averaged between $900 - $1200 a visit depending on the service and if you reused the hair. Eventually it got to the point where I decided to spend my money more wisely.

My other issus is the service. It's extremely difficult to get an appointment after traditional working hours because they take so long to provide the service. I typically spent 5 - 8 hours getting my hair done. The place I go to now takes 2 hours to complete the sew-in & they start promptly.

The owner, Gail, is rude and unfriendly. She is constantly talking about her celebrity friends which I suspect is why her prices are so high. Initially I thought this was the price one had to pay to get good a good sew in but now I spend $95 for a sew-in that looks just as good as the $900 sew-in.

You can buy the hair from the salon. I don't recommend it. One, they will charge your card but it takes weeks, if you receive it at all (note I ordered hair 5 weeks ago & have been getting the run around by Gail since....recently disputed the charge w/the credit card company). There are plenty of places online to receive the same hair minus the mark up that Gail charges.

Again the extensions I received were great, looked natural, and lasted several months. The cost is a bit much and the service is too slow.
