Tips for Mayfair Tower Condominiums

Look elsewhere. Despite it's great location and pretty facade, the building and the units are old and it shows. It is NOT a luxury condo by most standards and for the money, you would be better off looking elsewhere in the neighborhood. Amenities including the gym and the garden are tiny and the parking garage is terrible- spaces are small and the entrances are really narrow. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere at newer buildings in the area.
