I agree with Mark B. horrible service, too lazy to pick up the phone of course my agent's name is Latoya so what do you expect. She's probably like oh hell no, I am doing my nails.

Resurgens Risk Management. Resurgens Risk Management is one of the best insuarnce agencies/brokers that I know of. The Better BuisnessBureau (BBB) has rated them a A+.That means that they are awesome at what thay do. All of their staff work hard each and every day to satisfy their clients. On a scale of 1-10 I would rate them a perfect 10. I higly recommend them for any insuarnce needs.

Very Good Customer Service. My experience with Resurgens Risk Management has been nothing short of exceptional. I found their staff very knowledgeable, and very helpful. My questions were answered in a timely manner and the staff was extremely professional. I highly recommend Resurgens if you're shopping around for insurance of any kind.

Great Insurance Business. These guys are great! I needed a quick insurance policy for my business and called In to their office. I reached a young lady named Latoya, she was very courteous and professional. She promptly gave me a very good quote and got me the policy in a day.

Resurgens Risk Management Inc. is absolutely one of the finest insurance agencies / brokerages that I've had the opportunity to do business with. Their staff of trained and experienced Professionals provide quality services at reasonable rates. The advantage of being independent allows them the opportuntiy to act on behalf of the client not the company in providing rates and services, along with a quality of service uncommon in todays marketplace. I reccomend !!!!!!!!!

Worst customer service - The backyard agency. I called to inquire regarding insurance and was put in touch with someone named Robin. She was chewing gum in my ear, using slang and was completely unprofessional. How in the world did they get those city contracts - let me take one guess?
