To sum up what I am about to write: AVOID THIS PLACE. I am not going to go into detail about how rude their waitstaff is but it ruined our entire meal. No matter how good their food is, I doubt you want to get yelled at by your waiter when you leave a 15% tip in front of the whole restaurant. The waitstaff is disrespectful and does the bare minimum to serve you. After leaving a 15% tip (even after horrible service), the waiter proceeded to flick me off in the restaurant before yelling at our table. The manager who was standing only 2 feet away also chose to ignore his waiter's actions and never reprimanded him or apologized to our table.

You may look on their Facebook and see great reviews and think I am in the wrong. Well I had a feeling they erase any negative review they may have so I took a screenshot of my review. Sure enough, this morning my post is gone from their Facebook.

I advise you to avoid this place. You will enjoy your meal but the service will ruin it. Avoid bringing friends, family or visitors from out of town because you will be embarrassed by the waiters that you chose a place like this to bring the people you love....unless you like seeing the people you love get yelled at with insults

Excellent all the way around!. I've never had a bad meal here. Everything from the warm foccacia bread served with herbed olive oil for starters to the fantastic tiramisu for dessert is a treat! By far my fave is the chicken saltimbucco (probably misspelled that), but every day the specials change and from time to time some real surprises have popped up. Another reviewer claimed they didn't appreciate the waiter's "overly casual demenor," but I think they're very friendly and just rather laid back, which is done intentionally to make you feel at home. Overall, possibly the best Italian restaurant in Atlanta.

Best Ravioli (apple and sausage). My now boyfriend took me there on our second date, the restaurant is in little converted house. Very unusual and hard to find, middle of bunch of skyscraper in 14th st. business district (i would never find that place unless someone took me there).

I didnt know what to expect, the place is not too formal and the staffs were very friendly and funny almost family-like.

The atmosphere is very romantic and cozy,but the food was the highlight.

I started with arugula salad, it was simple with creamy tang of goat cheese and for main, tortellini da mele, which was ravioli with sausage and apple.

Sounds kinda weird but so~so delicious.

I recommend this place if you are fed up with chain restaurants, wine lover or foodie.

Terrible service, sub par food, and clueless hostess. I have friends that rave about this place. We went for V-day.. and there was a prixe fixe menu which they did not let you know about when making your reservations.. Fine, I can deal with that. The entree choices were VERY limited (a veal, a salmon, a chicken). After sitting down, it took over 15 minutes for our waiter to even come over, and his overly casual demeanor was not appreciated. The food was very bland, the tomato and mozzarella salad came out on a huge plate with two small slices of tomato and tiny bit of cheese, the salmon was under cooked, and the chocolate pie was still frozen. I know that Valentine's day is a much busier day than other days.. but you are only cooking 3 entrees the whole night!?! Don't waste your time.. there are plenty of other great restaurants to go to in Midtown.

Friendly Staff, Creative Pasta. I've been here about four times now. I really enjoy the food here and the staff is always attentive and friendly.

One time I had an issue where the food took about 25 minutes to come out, but they gave us a free appetizer AND dessert. Very good service on their part. I didn't mind the wait since we had a bottle of wine to work on anyway.

Highly, highly recommended.

One of my favorite restaurants anywhere, and the best intimate Italian in Atlanta.. My wife and I have been going to Pasta Pulcinella since it was a walk up on Peachtree St. next to the old Cotton Club (1994 I think is when it opened). I eat on the expense account in every major city in the US and many cities around the world, including Italy, and this place remains a true favorite. Their buckwheat tagliatelle with rapini is on my top list of dishes anywhere.

Atmosphere is intimate, service is friendly but not stuffy, and the menu is small, as all good menus are, with everything being done perfectly . The ravioli dishes used to be too small, but they have fixed that over the years. I love this place. I have takens Italian from New York and they have loved it too. Going tonight with more New York friends. I have every confidence they will love it too.

Unique Hideaway Among Towering Buildings & Bustling City Traffic. In a house original to the street, surrounded by wide leafy trees, this restaurant is an escape from the surrounding city sounds and all that goes with it. Service is genial. Offerings include unique, site-made pastas and sauces. Wines well complement. Perfect location to escape during lunch and romanticize in the evening. Quiet covered porch or indoor fireplace-enhanced tables available.

One of Atl's best kept secrets. I have been a loyal customer here for over two years now and can't believe how few people know about it. It has an intimate, romantic atmosphere, a unique menu, and friendly staff. I come in at least every other week and have yet to be disappointed. All of their dishes are wonderful, but I have literally woken up at four in the morning craving the Tortelle de Mele, which is a sausage/apple ravioli they serve. They even have a number of vegetarian dishes, which makes my girlfriend happy. I spent a summer in Italy during college and this is as close as it gets to the real thing.

Worth a try. Delicious bread and olive oil to start off with. Food was good but not awesome...nice portions and presentation, but the vegetables in mine were a little bitter. Very intimate environment, just like most restaurants in the area. Service was good.

Would be a nice place if it weren't for the food.... I realy like this little building, it's cute, the staff is friendly, and it has a nice atmosphere... I would just hope they would make their food as good as it sounds... It is really done poorly . The gnocchi were mashed, the pesto tasted like grass... The salad had too much dressing and it was not Italian - a simple balsamic vinegar and olive oil dressing that you can pour yourself would be so much better. The tagliatelle with rapini had too much garlic and were pretty oily. None of us finished their plate. It's overpriced for the quality they serve. The wines are nice and the bread is delicious, but that's just not enough for my taste. It's not an Italian restaurant, it's a wanna-be Italian restaurant.
