Almost too good to be called Pub Food. Oddly enough, for a place that's not even specializing in seafood, they have the BEST fish tacos I have ever had, bar none! The menu is ridiculously extensive for a corner pub. And you'd think that with them spreading themselves so thin, at least half of the food offerings would be mediocre at best. But every time I've tried something different (quesadilla, bucket shiop rolls, French dip) I find myself thinking "ok, this is my new favorite thing on the menu."

Great servcie and ambiance...especially if you want to be somewhere and not have to worry about someone's screaming children. And the pricing is totally reasonable. All in all, I can't think of any place I'd rather go for cocktails and a nice, relaxed meal.

Best Real Bar in Midtown. This place is fantastic. If I had not been a huge fan of The Bucket Shop (Buckhead), than I probably would not have known this place was here when my boyfriend bought a condo in Midttown. We love good bar food, and the menu is huge, so there is alwasy something for everyone in your group. Also it is a real come as you are bar, not like the "club" bars that case teh midtown area. It is perfect place for all groups and you can dress to impress or be comfortable. Great food and Beer

Buffalo Sandwich off the Chain......warm beer mugs aint cool!. Charlie G's is the bomb...its kind of like a Cheers meets Hooters.....this place rocks!

Try their Buffalo Chicken Sandwich.....it has a load of blue cheese on top an really takes this sandwich to the next level, its off the chain and comes with a huge amount of onion rings (or fries if you want them.

Only bad thing they serve cold beer in a warm glass.....I'm a beer connoisseur and thats like eating pork in some countries......it just don?t add up. I gave it four stars, would have been five if the mugs would have been frosty! I wiil be back!

Best Wings in the South, With Great NFL on Sundays. Having two parents from Buffalo, to say that I have a discriminating taste in chicken wings is an understatement. Stumbling upon Charlie G's with my girlfriend one Sunday was the best thing that could have happened while visiting in Atlanta. They have a fantastic wing special that goes along with their NFL package... not to mention great beer served by a fantastic bartender for great prices. I can honestly say that they are the best wings outside of Buffalo, served with a generous amount of Blue Cheese and celery. The sauce is perfect, the wings are crispy, and the price is unbeatable. It became a regular stop every time I would visit Atlanta over a weekend, and I crave the wings ever since I moved to the West coast.

Definitely check this place out if you love beer, football, and wings.

Laid-back bar offers a much-needed respite from Midtown's booming club scene.. The Scene
Tucked in an older West Peachtree storefront, Charlie G's is so easy to miss, so unassuming, that many Midtown residents don't even know it exists. Devoid of trendy cocktails and overdressed scenesters, this is a true neighborhood watering hole. Single guys looking to watch the game or chat with the bartender hang out at the bar, while small groups of friends stake out the tables.

The Draw
The charming bar has just enough space--both downstairs and on the small upstairs balcony--to satisfy folks looking for hearty food, lots of beer and an unpretentious scene. With 12 beers on tap and a host of international bottled brews, beer is the drink of choice. As for food, order a juicy hamburger with a crispy side of onion rings or the king-sized grouper sandwich. For a late-night snack, settle in with a pint and a plate of cheesy, greasy Tex-Mex chicken egg rolls.

Good times.... Great bar food and great ambiance. The service is also above average. They do a great job of turning around the lunch crowd. The decor and feel of this place is very cool.
