A REAL User's Review!. WARNING! Totally dishonest- horrible people. Please do not support this company. I got into a small accident this summer and nicked some paint off of Jesse Kohara's taxi. He told me everything was fine, not to worry about it, and the company's body shop would put some paint over it.....I went to their office to make sure everything was okay, and Jesse had worked the entire day. I saw him again, he shook my hand, and said everything was fine... two weeks later: I got a call from my insurance saying he had retained an attorney and was suing for $10,000 for personal injury! TOTALLY outrageous. That's the reason we're all paying enormous insurance premiums- because of dishonest people like that. And the company stood behind him! These people are total crooks

PS! ALL THE POSITIVE REVIEWS ON HERE ARE LEFT BY MANAGEMENT! They're so stupid that they posted the exact same reviews on multiple cites! Ha- again...TOTALLY dishonest.

horrible, stole my cell phone 4 hrs. before my flight. Cab #110 picked me up this morning. Mohammad, the driver claimed his meter was broken so I used my I-phone to calculate the distance for him. Unfortunately I left my phone in the cab when he dropped me off. I immediately called my phone from the house and it rang several times before going to voicemail. I contacted Frank, the dispatcher, who in turn contacted the driver and was informed that there was no phone in the cab. Mysteriously, immediately after the call to the dispatcher, all other calls to my phones went straight to voicemail, indicating that it had been shut off.

Service was excellent.. I spoke with Martha regarding obtaining copies of vouchers. Martha was very pleasant and was able to fulfill my request. In the future I hope to get her on the phone every time I call. Her customer service was excellent.

Worth your money!. Cabs are clean and timely, dispatcher Keisha is always very courteous. When cabs are scheduled in advance, time should be adhered to. Call back should not be necessary, 95% of the time everything flows smoothly.

They know a lot of shortcuts!. The drivers are really friendly and know the area really well! They also seem to know a lot of shortcuts which are handy when I'm in a rush and there seems to be never ending traffic! I highly recommend Checker Cab!

Treat like a valued customer. I've used this company on various occasions and have never had a negative experience. This is the reason I keep using them! They have always treated me like a valued customer and ensure that I get to the airport on time!

Found us in no time. I was looking for a cab service to call for a ride back home from the airport. Well, much to our dismay, our flight was delayed due to weather. The driver waited! He called and asked us where we were and he found us in no time. I will definitely use this service again!!

Accomodating. Being our usual, indecisive selves,my friends and I didn't call until the very last minute. They were very accommodating and came to pick us up. The driver even agreed to pick up another one of our girls who was running late and still at her apartment (and out of the way).
