Rundown Midtown.
There's nothing on the website to tell potential guests that self-parking is on the top, uncovered deck of the parking garage immediately behind the hotel. They also don't tell guests ahead of time that guests have to walk down one level to get to the elevator to get to the ground level.
Valet parking is in the building behind the parking garage that's behind the hotel. During closed-road events, like the Peachtree Road Race, etc, the valets can't bring your valet-parked car around to the hotel.
The entrance to the hotel is clad in brass that looks like it hasn't been cleaned and polished in years. From a distance the hotel looks really nice. Up close, it just looks rundown and shabby.
At check-in, the front desk staff were on personal calls and were annoyed to be interrupted.
The free internet didn't work for a couple of hours. The cordless phone didn't work at all, the landline was unplugged, the bathroom sink was clogged. A call to the front desk about the sink was met with insouciance. Someone came to the room to fix the sink while we were out but it was still clogged for the remainder of our stay.
The TV was too dark to view and there was no way to tweak the settings.
There was loud music late at night from the room next door, we reported it to the front desk staff and nothing was done about it, just like every other issue.
The best part of the stay was...checking out.
A Hidden Cuban Gem!!!.
I found this place after Havana Sandwich Shop clossed and I was serching for a REAL Cuban Sandwich. Well, this is the place. The sandwich is the best!
But don't go just for the Cuban Sanwich ... The other items on the menu are equally as scrumptious - classic cuban dishes and inspired twists ( try the porkchop).
The service is warm and friendly ant the place is adorned with greatt art and tables are set with tablecloths
...casual yet elegant. Service is warm and friendly.
Upscale hotel chain offers meeting facilities, signature restaurants and luxury amenities..

Great Food! Great Ambiance!. This is by far one of the best restaurants in Atlanta. Although many think it's Cuban, I think its more Cuban influenced. The food is outstanding, as well as the service. This is a must for anyone in Atlanta!
Great cuban tasty food.. Attentive and personable service/owner. Mojito is located in the Wyndam Hotel on 10th street. Don't let that stop you from trying this great authentic cuban restaurant- where the paiella is outstanding (especially if you order it with the with the black ink) and the ceviche is zesty! Try a mojito (a minty rum drink) or a "cuban" style beer to go with your meal. I have also tried the filling authentic lunch buffet which is a great value and offers tasty cuban dishes of the day. Hilton and Lucy (the owners) are warm and welcoming and ensure a great experience at Mojito.
decent room at the right price. I stayed here and for the price, it is the best to stay in Midtown. It was economically priced and centrally locatec to everything in Midtown or a short cab ride to the Highlands, Downtown or Buckhead.
