Mediocre, at best. Thoroughly disappointed with $85 detail job. Estimate was 30 mins, took 3 hours. Inside glass barely clean, back seat still had debris that i could wipe off with my hand. I'm not even sure they shampoo-ed as paid for. Upon complaint, they re-did the vehicle... Geesh, for what they did, I could've paid my son $20 and stayed at home. Tip: just get the $10 wash.

Poor at best!. The only reason I gave a full star is due to nothing less being available. I used to bring my car to this location often and they typically did a good job. The last two times I have been regretful in doing so. I thought the first bad experience was a fluke, but it turns out it's just poor service. Both times I paid $40 for the "super clean", which is supposed to mean they clean the inside and out. My car still had dust on the dash and the floors were not vacuumed, they also missed several places on the exterior. The old adage you get what you pay for? Not in this case, they don't give you any value for your dollar. POOR POOR POOR, don't take your car to this location!!

THEFT WITH NO ACCOUNTABILITY!. These guys are thieves and stole my childs iPAD during a full detail.

They do not respond with calls and refuse accountability.

I went from a $130 detail that will now cost me $900.

DO NOT GO HERE !!!!!!!!!!!

Takes worthlessness to a new level!!!. This place used to be excellent but now it is staffed and managed by the most half-assed individuals I've dealt with in a long time. Yesterday I took 2 vehicles there and $300 dollars later was handed back cars that looked like they hadn't been touched. The kids down the street could have done a better job! I am disgusted with the level of sorriness I experienced here and will never go back. Save your money unless you just want to pay to be angry. P.S.> There should be an option to rate in turds instead of stars. This place is definitely a 5 turd establishment.

Liars and Totally Dishonest. I took my car in for a Deluxe Buff and Wax. They waxed my car in the sun in over 90 degree heat. The hood, roof and truck of my car looked as if the finish has been taken off. I returned my car and the staff and regional manager told me it was due to over spay of paint (I had my car repainted 3 years ago). I took my car back to the company that painted my car and they could not believe someone would tell me that which was totally untrue. They showed me the reason why my car looked so bad which was due to wax build up from waxing my car in the hot sun. Of course, Cactus wanted even more money to resolve their terrible workmanship. These people are liars, dishonest, rude, discusting and will not stand behind their work. Depending on what I hear from the corporate office, I may be taking them to court. Avoid this place like the plague.

Honesty is the best policy!!. I recently took my car to be washed at Cactus and checked the website for pricing on a wax job. The website had Deluxe Wax Job listed as $55.95 . When I spoke to the attendant that receives your car at Cactus Car Wash, he took my keys and asked me whether I wanted a high speed or low speed wax job. I asked his recommendation and he said a high speed wax job would be better. When I take my ticket, he has charged me $99.95 for a paint corrosion job! I explained to him then that he did not mention there was an up charge or that there was a difference in price. They did offer a discount at the cash register; however, as far as Cactus was concerned I was stuck with that price since I asked for and received a high speed wax job. If you decide to go to Cactus Car Wash, make sure they explain thoroughly their services and ask about the prices because if you’re not careful they’ll charge you for a more expensive wash and/or wax package than what your really want or need.

terrible service and don't answer their phones. I used to religiously go to cactus to get my car washed. Time before last, I got in and they failed to mention that my 'battery had died' just let me get into my car and figure it out for myself.

This time I went for an oil change and wash and got swindled into getting 200 dollars worth of additional services. They made it sound imperative and like I was a bad car owner for not having taken care of these items sooner although just recently had a 2000 dollar overall service to my vehicle. Nervous that if I didn't take their 'advice' I'd hurt my car, so I paid for it.

I called my shop that isn't open on weekends when I went for the oil change who are experts in my make of car. They told me (not knowing I actually bought the services) that both of them should NEVER be done. Now I've called the location as well as corporate 4 times with no answer.

Buyer beware.

Great Place. I love Cactus Car Wash. The first time I ever went there I had a car that I never paid a lot of attention to when they were finished with it, my wheels looked a little shotty, certainly not the way the looked before I went in there but hey the car didn't look the same either. It was a fairly new car that I really just didn't care much about. So how can I sit here and assume that I know all of the details about my car when I never look for them and they are in the business of doing that? they comped me a few washes and detail services for the trouble. This was about 4 years ago and since then I have learned to appreciate the 'details' of my car more so than before and these guys are the only ones that handle my ride. Great people, great atmosphere and awesome customers. I have met dozens of celebrities since going there. This place is truly a landmark in the Atlanta community.

worst car wash ever. They damaged my car, gave me the run around, finally allowed me to fill out a damage report and promised to review the video in order to investigate my claim. Despite their promises, they never got back to me with the results of the video review and then never returned my phone calls when I tried to follow up. The manager was confrontational and sarcastic. I now go out of my way to warn people away from this business.

Love it. Cactus Car was does a great job. It is really crowded, so you have to go early. They are very nice and if they miss a spot, they will run it back through.
