A sitting with Oliver will make clear the masterful talent he possesses. He does wonders with his hands by skillfully applying elaborate coloring and cuts of all kinds to all different hair types. He has been my stylist for years and I have received nothing, but the best service with the most incredible experiences because he is equally as great a person.
