Took wonderful care of me

How refreshing to be able to say NICE things about a service provider. Mr. Robison and all the others in his office with whom I interacted "went the extra mile" AND the company did the right thing -- even thought it cost 'em!

Not Flexible - Does Not Need Sales

The agent was not flexible and seem not to need sales. Was not willing to make several sales to meet my schedule but demanded I met his schedule. There are plenty of other agents and companies that are more customer friendly and focused. Must be nice to not need sales these days!
