Really like these folks. I use the UPS store on Monroe a couple times a month, and its always a good experience. Everyone on the staff is friendly and welcoming. My stuff gets shipped and I can buy stamps without the nightmare of going to the post office.

Horrendous customer service. TERRIBLE.

This service seems fantastic on paper. However, the service is horrible. I used the student storage for over the summer in which my belongs were to be delivered to my new dorm room.

Upon move-out, the foul dispositions of some of the delivery men started to change my opinion of the service. Then, walking out side, I saw them drop every single one of my boxes down the stairs.

I was informed 9 days before the delivery date about when my belongs would be returned to me. I had previously called every week for a month before returning to school and never got a response or any information about the delivery. When I spoke to the manager, about this because I had already bought my plane tickets which did not coincide with the arbitrarily decided delivery date, he turned out not only to be completely incompetent but exceedingly rude. I informed him that he was treating his customers apallingly and offered no help for my situation at all.

I would not recommend this service to anyone.
