This is the worst Concentra location I have ever been to. I work in the chemical industry and require an extensive physical yearly. Both years that I had to visit this clinic were disastrous. The first year I was at the clinic for OVER 6 HOURS. They work on a first come first serve (no appointment) basis, but I soon figured out that people who came in well after me were being taken back and leaving before I went back. It turns out the nurses saw my file and that I needed lots of tests, so they avoided picking up my file. But after waiting for almost 3 hours I get taken back. For my bloodwork, the nurse stabbed my arm 7 times, and then asked if she could try my hand. Now I understand it can take a couple tries, or some people aren't as good at it, but after a few times I asked her if she could let someone else try to have the doctor. She informed me that nobody else was available, the doctor does not do it, and that she would just have to try again. After 7 times I demanded the doctor come try, and he got it on the first try. I left looking horribly bruised and in pain. The final icing on the cake was I had to perform a pulmonary test function, where basically you breathe hard into a tube like thing and it measures your lung function.I had never done one before, and the nurses kept making jokes and comments in reference to performing oral favors and how it is just like that and I should know how to do it. Entirely unprofessional and inappropriate. The next year when I got there they only performed about half of the tests I had the year before. I was excited thinking (since my job title had changed) I was done. But no,all the same tests were supposed to be done (they had all the paperwork) and they decided to only do half because they are lazy and it was the end of the day. I had to visit another clinic another day (and miss more work) This place is careless, slow, inexperienced, unprofessional, and horrible. If you can avoid going here DO IT!
