Special needs children are given opportunities to make friends, receive one-on-one instruction, and learn from other children to make gains they would not make in a typical daycare. Typically-developing children learn the normal early academic skills that help get them ready for school; but more than that, they learn about empathy, acceptance and helping others. In addition, the administration is supportive and professional, and the parent organization is proactive and engaged.
Georgia-funded PreK Option for Intown Parents.
Besides offering a full-time early childcare and preschool experience, The Frazer Center offers a Georgia-funded Pre-K program. For intown parents looking for an exceptional, diverse and inclusive childcare experience for newborns on up to age 5, you’ll want to consider The Frazer Center.
My daughter transferred to attend Frazer full-time (after being on a waiting list for 3 years!) She previously attended part-time care at Epworth Day School (another fabulous intown early childcare program). I’m amazed with how much my daughter is learning and how she’s developing each day while attending Frazer.
I credit her caring and top-notch teachers for creating a wonderful environment for my daughter to learn and grow.
Wonderful Inclusive Child Care Environment. We waited two years to get our daughter in here and are thrilled! The atmosphere is warm and loving, the kids are happy and the teachers take care of the children with love and respect. We now have our second child attending and she LOVES it. I am sad to see that Yanisha didn't have a good experience here, but I attest to the fact that in the last three years that we have been attending The Frazer Center, it has been wonderful. I totally trust them with my children!
Worst Daycare I've ever seen.
The teacher's at Frazier are some what decent. But the thing that get's to me is that the parent's of the kids are your typical don't have time to love and take care of their children working parent's. They expect the teacher's to pick up where Mom and Dad left off. They stand in lil rooms with one sided mirror's and watch you interact with their kids. There's about 20 kids to a classroom last time i checked and 3 teacher's to a classroom.
We all know some kids are needier then other's and need more attention then most. But when you have 7 kids crying for your attention all @ once, It's hard to see to them all @ one time. And this is when a parent that shoves their child in a daycare from 7 in the morning to 7 @ night. when do You as a parent step in and take on the respondsiblity as a MOTHER or FATHER and devote more time to YOUR KID!!!!. we Teacher's and Teacher's asst are not YOUR CHILDS PARENT"S. IF you have time to stand in a window in an other room and watch your child interact with the teacher's you have time to stay @ home with your child and be a parent.
