southern hospitality meets crazyland.
Fabulous! I come back every year! Talking to the owners is always a treat... the food is wonderful. They know where everything in Atlanta is, and they make you feel right at home when you visit!

A good old house.
Hello,
I've been to 1890 King-Keith House and I've had a really good time. It's a wonderful place to stay the night and spend some time away from all. I really recommend it if you ever need to relax for a while.
Best wishes,
Rick Menchaca

Atlanta's Best Bed and Breakfast.
Nestled comfortably in a beautiful historic neighborhood but only minutes from downtown, the King - Keith house is Atlanta's number one bed and breakfast. The Queen Anne style home is marvelous with great rooms full of character. We highly recommend the King Room. With a wonderful king bed and decorated tastefully with stained glass windows this room is sure to satisfy. If a little more privacy is what your after try the cottage. The service is just as impressive as the rooms. Choose the King-Keith house for a true southern getaway.

Queen Anne-style bed-and-breakfast whose owners gladly provide all the comforts of home and then some..
The Scene
Painted in peach and green pastels, this enormous Inman Park bed-and-breakfast, built in 1890, looks like a fairy-tale dwelling. The generously proportioned front porch and enclosed back patio make ideal spots to relax or eat breakfast. Inside, spacious sitting rooms alternate with well-appointed private living areas. Carved fireplaces and an impressive baby grand piano anchor the public spaces and provide a touch of real distinction.
The Details
The rooms have freestanding baths, luxurious beds and all the trimmings of home--including whirlpool tubs in some rooms. Architect/owner Windell Keith and his wife Jan have decorated the rooms thoroughly, and with taste. A separate guesthouse rests peacefully in the backyard garden, though the adjoining lot is conspicuously industrial.

The Best Place to stay in Atlanta.
The King-Keith House is incredibly beautiful and the hosts, Jan and Windell, are so friendly. They sent us to all the best restaurants and kept us away from the tourist traps. The breakfast every morning was so big, we didn't even have to eat lunch. If you're looking for a romantic retreat or just a nice place to rest your head while on business, I would definitely suggest the King-Keith House. Make sure to visit the website first to pick out a room (the Cottage, Suite and King rooms are the grandest, but the others are fab too)!
