I have been a customer for about two years with decent results. 10 Days before Valentine's Day I ordered a very nice bouquet to be delivered to a restaurant nearby.

On V Day I validated with both the restaurant and Emory florist that all was in order. Arriving at the restaurant, we discovered a random bouquet of poor quality, a completely different arrangement and someone else's name and address on the card.

A week later I'm still trying to get my refund and I'm getting the complete runaround from the florist. Terrible customer relations. The classic cutting off the nose to spite the face.

Don't do it - if anything goes sideways, they will not do the right thing.

unprofessional and rude. I recently used this florist for my mother?s memorial service and was extremely disappointed. They charged me $250 for a very small arrangement and when I called to let them know they argued with me and told me that all of their arrangements are beautiful. I'm glad that they think so! They are unprofessional and rude! I do not recommend using them!!!!!

Don't order from this place. Sent flowers the day before her birthday. was not the full order, tried to take her flowers back, and made her cry on her birthday I hope you go out of busisness I don't know how this place has stayed in busisness this long I will never order from you again or refer anyone to you.
