“The Candler Park location goes out of the way to show off the always excellent kitchen so these meals with match wine (3 courses, 3 wines) are a real treat.”
“Go weekday nights or weekend late afternoon (breakfast is always available, but dinner, drinks and desserts are great, too.)”

“loved the food.”
“Everything is a hair too starchy even with the provided greens, the handmade yet cardboardy cookies, and the great menu of juice & liquids.”
“Now the food didn't taste as good and I think the place was just surviving off of its reputation.”
“The 2 times I have been there for dinner, I had to return my cold, flavourless, less than pleantiful meal and they admitted it!”
“I've eaten there on weekdays when it was not busy and the service is about as bad as it could possibly be.”
“Tasty, healthy food at reasonable prices!”
“cozy place but on the weekend expect a long wait.”

There's plenty of debate surrounding their biscuits but I love their pasta, sausage & eggs dish, accompanied by their creamy grits
Flying biscuit's food is fine. They
have good grits. They have Horrible to go service. If you order to go food be sure you are the one that placed the order and check the bags/boxes before you leave. My husband likes their food so we go there every couple of months. Of the 3 times we have gotten to go food from there in the past 5 months they messed up our order 2 times.
I am going to call and talk to a manager because if it was my restaurant I would want to know. But I also wanted to let the other good folks in Atlanta know so you have fair warning. Just check the bags and be prepared to wait for them to correct your order. They will likely have gotten it wrong.
Long Lines, Medicore. Well let me start by saying that it's solid in terms of breakfast in Atlanta. By solid I mean okay, better than fast food, but not good enough to stand in line for. If you go there on a Saturday, that's what you'll be doing so prepare your self for that. And order the biscuits and gravy...Eggs are watery. Oh and it's very noisy so prepare yourself. On the flipside, in the winter they do serve coffee to people standing out side in line which I think is a nice customer service jesture.
Inviting ambience. I love it's interior, felt at home and not to mention me and my friends had a wonderful breakfast here at Flying Biscuit. A must try place!
High Flyer is the way to go. One of my favorite places to eat in Atlanta and now OTP. Great food at a reasonable price.
disappointed.
After visiting their website and reading about them in the Atlanta guestbook, I was sure I had found a delicious vegetarian friendly restaurant. However all their vegetarian products (i.e. tofu scramle, garden patties, even potatoes) were cooked in the same pan or shared on the grill with their meat products!
Lastly, it took over an hour to be seated after being told that it was about a 20 minute wait.
Fantastic, Healthy Food. I am a huge breakfast lover and I love the omlettes at The Flying Biscuit! The wheat biscuits are better than the white ones! But....my favorite thing is the grits! White cheddar and whipping cream----you can't beat it!
Atmospher, Atmosphere, Atmosphere. The atmosphere is always the same at Flying Biscuit........Cozy, eclectic, and inviting.....The biscuits and apple butter furher stamps this place a must have to your dining portfolio.
Some of the best breakfast on earth!. I am completely in love with this place. I eat at the biscuit 3-4 times per month, but would happily eat breakfast at this local favorite every day if I could. The french toast is incredible, and the biscuits are the best I have tasted, possibly because of the incredibly addictive apple butter served with them. Dont worry, no matter what you order on the breakfast menu, you get a biscuit and apple butter, so no one misses out! Food is very consistent from day to day and month to month. Service is attentive and quick, but as friendly as can be considering the work load these poor servers have on a busy morning. Beware, bacon and sausage lovers- they only have chicken sausage and turkey bacon, but in my opinion they are far better than their pork counterparts. Go check it out on a weekday morning if you want a shorter wait. Ill probobly be the guy sitting at the counter!
No more BISCUIT with salad entree! That's the new economical policy at flying BISCUIT!!!. Last week, to my jaw-dropping surprise, the waitress announced to me that Flying Biscuit doesn't serve anymore the complementary biscuit with a salad entree order. Is it one of the consequences of recession? Anyway, if this is so, you lost a faithful customer Flying biscuit and many more to come, or, rather, not come any more...
