Horrible experience! NEVER do Supercuts color!! [duh].
I walked in a dirty blonde needing to cover some greys with my natural color.
I walked out with BLACK hair. The stylists were all apologies, but they couldn't fix it there (after 4+ hours in their chair!)
I sought corrective color at a full service salon, and 3 more hours and $220 later, I wasn't cringing in the mirror.
Supercuts has denied my repeated requests for a reimbursement of my $220, despite their admission that a serious error was committed.
Another corporation that puts their bottom line ahead of consumer satisfaction, even in a worst-case scenario.

You get what you pay for. I was in a hurry (and not wanting to spend a lot of money) so I popped in here one morning for a quick cut. Big mistake. It was quick, all right, but one of the worst cuts I've had in a long time. Supercuts is always a crapshoot -- if you're lucky, you get someone good, but if you're not lucky, you're in trouble. The cut wasn't that cheap either. Next time I'll spend $10 more and get a decent cut.
