In Short – Atlanta's oldest yoga center offers regular group yoga classes, as well as specialized ones such as vinyasa yoga (flowing sequences), yoga for preganancy and yoga with free weights. The viniyoga instructors tailor classes to suit individual needs regardless of abilities. Private instruction is also available. The founders of the program, the Pierces, wrote the book "Yoga for Life."
