Pleasantly surprised. I was skeptical about scheduling a couple's massage with KLP after reading the reviews on this page, but a friend had recommended them and I was pleasantly surprised at what a wonderful experience we had. The staff was friendly, professional and attentive. Apparently, there are different levels of massage therapists. Our couple's massage was only $130 (significantly cheaper than most of the other spas in town). The atmosphere is relaxing and comfortable. I would definitely go back for another massage.

A waste of time and money. Key Lime Pie has done an amazing job with the asthetics of this place as well as having very hip looking hair dressers. Beyond that, the cuts are pitiful. DJ, the owner chopped my hair almost above me ears. I asked for a trim and my hair was at my shoulders. I was devastated. She didn't seem to pay attention and seemed like she was in her own world. Oh yes, and it took a little over two hours. I HAVE A LIFE OUTSIDE KEY LIME PIE. My hair color was....well, I still can't figure it out. This place has great props and a great publicist I guess because I don't get it.

Love it. I love the service and quality of their work. They listened to what I wanted and gave me the perfect haircut. He told me what I could expect as it grew out and how to help keep the shape as it grew. It was an incredible experience.
