Traci Morrison is the best stylist in Atlanta!!. I went to Traci after trying many different dissapointing salons, and after working in hair salons myself. Not only is Traci a great colorist and cutter, but she listens to her clients and gives them a haircut that is beautiful and will grow out perfectly. Being a poor college student I can't go to the salon every 4-6 weeks as recommended, and she is the stylist for me because I can go 12 weeks between haircuts if I need to and still look great. I highly recommend Cortex and Traci Morrison and I refuse to have anyone else touch my hair.

Best hair studio anywhere. I just want to give a shout out to Cortex and all of the recent upgrades they've made! Love the new technology! Not only do I look amazing when I leave, but I always have a great time. Everyone always talks to me and it's such a happy, positive environment. Cortex FINALLY has a great team and it couldn't be better! Oh, the best part....Tracie's head/shoulder massage and haircut . She rocks!

Great environment/Excellent Customer Service. Krista is AMAZING!!! Love, love, love her! Not only does she give me the best haircut and color ever, she's super cool and fun. I've been coming to Cortex for a while and the environment is welcoming and unpretentious. I always look forward to my appointments because of the great energy and friendly faces. I recommend Krista and Cortex to everyone!

Excellent Service. I've been a client of Cortex for many years now, and I must say that it's never been better! They have recently upgraded their systems and the technology is way cool! I love my text confirmations! I truly look forward to my visits and the happy, relaxed environment. Everyone is always so helpful with booking my appointments around my crazy work schedule and I'm always greeted with nothing but friendly smiles. Rachel's amazing haircuts and bubbly personality is the icing on the cake! I love Cortex!

Cortex Hair Studio. I'm from Tampa and was visiting friends and in desperate need for highlights and a haircut. One of my friends referred me to Roxanne at Cortex, but she was completely booked for the weekend. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and was kind enough to place me on a waitlist. They called me within a few hours and said they would work me in. I think they could hear the desperation in my voice! Upon my arrival, I was greeted with nothing but welcoming smiles from the girls at the front desk, received a tour, and given a cup of lovely chai tea. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting and had a nice energy. Roxanne's cutting technique was very precise and not rushed and my highlights have never EVER looked better! I will recommend everyone to Cortex and most certainly Roxanne. I'm such a fan that I won't be going to my stylist in Tampa any longer. In fact, I booked an appointment for my next visit to Atlanta. Now I understand why she was so booked! Thank you to Roxanne for the best cut and color I've ever had and the awesome girls at the front desk!

Horrible customer service!. I am new to Atlanta and was referred to Cortex, but am sorry to say that I will not be giving this snooty salon my business. After being placed on hold for way too long, I was greeted by someone who had no idea how to book an appointment. I was transferred over to their " salon coordinator" who was a little more helpful, but still could not accomidate my somewhat flexible schedule. Decided not to visit due to their seemingly disorganized salon.

Awesome awesome salon!!!. I'm new to Atlanta and had no idea where to begin to find a salon, let alone find a stylist who knew what to do with curly hair. After reading tons of reviews online for various places, I decided to take a leap with Cortex and had my hair cut by Brandy yesterday. She did a PHENOMENAL job. Brandy was really sweet and personable, and she instantly understood what I had in mind for my haircut. The cut was perfect, and my curls have life again. It's always so difficult for me to find a good stylist (my poor curls have been mutilated several times by stylists who tried to cut it like straight hair!), and I'll definitely go back to Brandy. The salon atmosphere was pleasant and relaxed. They offer herbal tea and coffee while you wait, which was extra nice since it was so chilly outside. I fully recommend Cortex!!!

3 yrs & counting. After years of trying to find a stylist I could trust I made an appointment with Allison at Cortex. You'd have to move me to another state and ban be from an airplane before I would consider going to anyone else. She always gives me a great cut and/or color. Whether I want the same old thing, or a new updated style, she always has the perfect touch. I've never had anyone do better color/highlights. My hair is difficult to take color, but she's mastered it. Allison's best skill is understanding what I'm asking for and turning it into spectacular results. I would recommend her to everyone I know.

Great service; perfect cut. I love visiting this salon because of the relaxed atmosphere and great service. Allison is a fantastic stylist and really listens to her clients. She gives great advice for all your hair woes and delivers a cut or color that is sure to please. She is also very friendly and seeing her is more like visiting an old friend than just seeing a stylist. I highly reccomend seeing her and visiting this salon in general.
