I had a very expensive self portrait to be framed and was actually afraid to take it to such a cheap place to be framed, but because of time constraints (the frame my photographer gave me was on loan), I had to pick a place quickly and they were just the first I thought of. However; they took very good care of my picture, matted it very well and helped me pick a color of matt and frame that would best flatter my features in the portrait. Overall, I was happy with my experience. They did appear to be a bit short handed and it did take a while to get it back, but I'd rather wait and have it done right than have them rush and make mistakes or damage the portrait. It's beautiful and my husband and I enjoy looking at it everyday.
Pros: Affordable, Helpful, Professional
Cons: Shorthanded
