Nasty!!. This place defrosts their egg rolls outside on the sidewalk. I feel certain if more people knew what they were ordering from they wouldn't get take out from this place. I can't believe the health inspectors haven't shut this place down yet!

Gross. A review on Creative Loafing said China Dragon was "nothing special but fast and cheap". I was okay with that - not expecting too much. But the food showed up lukewarm and it was totally gross. I was half drunk and I could barely eat it.
