I had to travel to Atlanta on business. When I got on the plane I had been suffering from a cold, possibly bronchitis. When I got to my hotel, it had progressed into pinkeye. A call to my doctor back home for medication did not work out, as the in-call doctor had to approve it and had not by the time the nearby CVS pharmacy closed. The problem worsened in the middle of the night and so when I got up in the morning, I knew I needed help. This place was around the corner from my hotel, but after seeing the numerous bad reviews, I decided to go to a place a couple of miles to the north. It turned out that they were not an urgent care facility and they didn't take my insurance. I had walked 45 minutes for nothing. So I hoofed it back down to Piedmont Urgent Care. I wish I had gone there in the first place. The receptionist and physicians' assistant were very friendly, and they checked and confirmed that they accepted my insurance, so my co-pay was what I expected. Fortunately there was only one person ahead of me so I was called back very quickly. Dr. Salinas saw me within a couple of minutes of entering the exam room. He was very courteous and professional. He took one look at my eyes and immediately decided to prescribe eye drops. Then he asked if I had any other issues and listened to me as I described my other symptoms. He agreed to order me medication to take care of them as well. It was maybe 30 to 45 minutes from the time I walked in to the time I walked out. I was extremely satisfied with my whole experience there. The medications he prescribed have, thankfully, helped my symptoms. Being sick a thousand miles from home is no fun, but these folks were able to readily and rapidly come to my aid.

What us interesting is that a few hours after I left, my doctors' office called me back, stating that the on-call doctor thought I should... go to urgent care. Little did they know....

I have been going to this place for well over ten years. It was right at the intersection of Pharr and Piedmont and now it's a little closer to Peachtree.

I never have to make an appointment and they are open until 8 p.m. during the week. The doctors come and go, but I rarely go myself, maybe once a year. I usually know my symptoms well and know exactly what I need and they seem very helpful.

Because it's urgent care, it's $10 more on my copay (I have a PPO but they accept all major insurances) but it's completely worth it since I don't have to make an appointment.

I was so sick with a sinus infection that I went to Piedmont Minor Emergency Clinic and was able to be seen and treated on a Sunday morning when everyone else was closed with no wait or appt. Great place and the staff was fantastic.

They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. The medical equipment they use is some of the most advanced I've ever seen. They make an extra effort to give their patients the highest-quality care. They really care about their patients, and even stay open late if patients need to be seen. I'm confident that they'll do whatever it takes to help me. They were so easy to locate, and I found them within a matter of seconds. It was nice to go to a place where I didn’t have to worry about getting lost on the way there.

Unbelivable care. wow it was a very eye opening time, my arm got cut on some glass, a real emergency, i found piedmont emergency clinic, they were so professional, and friendly, and made me feel so relaxed, thank you for? unbelivable care.

Process was professional. Had a great experience with Dr. Deleon. Thoughtful, asked the right questions and helped me with my issue. The process was professional and I was very happy with the treatment and suggestions from the doctor. Also, was seen in under 15 minutes as promised with people ahead of me. Very convenient and did not get a surprising bill - have Blue Cross and they have a deal with them so was happy with the bill as well. No surprised, solid service.
