New Ownership. I just had the best service I have ever gotten from Top Notch and I just found out the reason, they now have new owners! While the quality of their work and the pricing has not changed the customer service is now wonderful! Can't wait to use you for my next job!!!

not great. I have used Top Notch in the past, but their quality has gone downhill and they no longer even return phone calls when I had a concern about their work. Can no longer recommend them.
