Ask for Elmira-NT .... She rocks!. I have been getting my hair cut by Elmira for over 2 years and no one has cut my hair this perfect before..I have a very heavy full hair that use to be a pain to style but she has given me such amazing and perfect layers that even if I don't style my hair(time limit) and just leave some products in it, it looks amazing! She is so patient and does every cut with exact measures....I love her and her work is just AMAZING!

VAN MICHAEL SALON- NEW TALENTS. I've been patronizing Van Michael Salon for many years now and I've had many stylists style my hair and I have finally found my my niche with Nilan. i have never been as happy with a hairstyle like i have been with her touch. She has been the only person to touch my hair in over two years and I plan to keep it that way. Not only that, she is easy to talk to and she always offers me tips on how to get the salon look at home, between salon visits. She always lets me know when there is a sale, promotion or an event going on with the salon, being that I love Aveda products so much, and most of all, I feel like I have gained a true friend and I trust her advice and opinion on hair, relationships, and pretty much life in general. So next time you go to Van Michael Salon, be sure to request Nilan. She is in New Talents now, but she won't be for long.

No one colors my hair but David!. David is by far the best colorist I've ever had. My hair is perfect every time and when I say every time I mean it. You can't get any better than this.

Nilan is awesome!!. When I got to Van Michael I was looking like a hot mess! I explained to Nilan what I wanted and she knew exactly what I was talking about. My cut turned out better than I imagined. I love it and I've had so many compliments!

THE BEST CUT IN TOWN. I had the pleasure of seeing Elmira today for the first time... She was not only beautiful but the nicest stylist I have ever seen.. My hair cut is not easy to do and she nailed it.. My hair is NEVER looked better.. I live in NYC and Come to Atlanta for work.. I will never see anyone else again. I am so lucky to have met her.. She cuts better than most my my $$$$$$$ NYC stylist.. I need to move back to Atl... Thanks ELMIRA for the great all around service... Everyone has already been complimenting my hair.. Thanks again and I look forward to seeing you again.. Will recommend you to all my friends..

Nilan great for hair cuts!!. Nilan listened to everything that I told her about how I wanted my hair to look. She gave me suggestions throughout the haircut on how to make my hair look salon pretty at home. She explained in detail throughout the cut exactly what she was doing and made sure that that was what I wanted. The finishing look was perfect to my request. I will be going back to her anytime I need a haircut!!

New Talents with Nilan is a best-kept secret!. She has probably cut my hair 10 times in 2 years. I have complete trust to sit down and let her go at it. She knows me well enough to go for a style that is a little cooler than I might opt for with great result. The managers and front desk staff round out a very professional experience.

Incredible color with Lafe, and chic cuts from Nilan!. Nilan listened to my concerns about my current style and worked with my style to give me an awesome cut that got rave reviews from my friends! She is knowledgeable and thorough in explaining how to care for your hair and recreate the look at home. I was so grateful to sport a cut that reflected my style!

Lafe is an amazing colorist who listened to what I wanted, showed me some photos of what I was looking for, and then gave me the perfect blonde! I am now a devotee!

The whole experience is always pleasant as the staff is extremely polite and personable. Will be recommending to ALL my friends!!

I was very impressed by Nilan. I was visiting a friend in Atlanta two weeks ago, and she suggested I get an haircut since we were going out that night (and I had just started growing my hair longer again). I am not the type of guy who typically likes to spend money or time on my appearance, but that is mainly because I am never quite sure if a particular haircut really works for me . When I sat down with Nilan, my whole approach toward getting an haircut changed. She spent a good deal of time pointing out specific features that could be either enhanced or minimalized, and explained how all these adjustments would culminate in an actual style. It was the first time I really ever felt confident in a stylist's opinion of how I could look BETTER. Even my girlfriend said it was the first time she had ever seen me with a "good haircut," as opposed to the typical short haircuts I had always preferred. She really was terrific...
