Horrible Experience. I recieved a bouquet of lilies from my parents and two days later they were dead. When I called the flower store they were abrasive, rude and blamed the dying flowers on me! They told me their hands were tied, they could do nothing for me and they wouldn't be giving me a new bouquet. They even told me that if i had a problem to take it up with my mailroom attendant that delivered the flowers to my office, as if they caused the flowers to die?! Horrible experience I will never waste my money there and I will be telling everyone i can NOT to order from BBF unless they want dead ugly flowers.
