Cheapest flowers...NOT worth your money.
They sent two bouquets....one in March and another in May. Had to send BOTH back. Spent over $60 on each and got something that looked like a $9.99 bouquet from Kroger. They must use cheap suppliers. Don't waste you money.

WORST SERVICE EVER.
My boyfriend placed an order with Buckhead Wright's Florist to surprise me for my birthday. I live in an apartment complex, and they called him several times to confirm the exact address, landmarks nearby, and apartment number. They then proceeded to call ME the day before to confirm this information and that I would be home to receive the order, obviously ruining the "surprise" part of it all.
When my birthday came, I NEVER received the order. After my boyfriend called Buckhead Wright's Florist to inquire what had happened, we were informed that the order was delivered and that someone who referred to themselves as my "best friend" signed for it. Clearly, there had been a mistake, as I was home during the said delivery time and the name my "best friend" had given them was one I had never heard of.
Now, I can understand the confusion most services face when trying to deliver in Atlanta. It can be a complicated city for those who are unfamiliar with the area. But Buckhead Wright's Florist prides itself on serving customers since 1946...plenty of time to learn the area...or learn how to use a GPS.
I was brought in on the phone call to confirm that I had never received the package, in which case the women said that since it was delivered - even though it was to the WRONG LOCATION,- that my boyfriend's credit card would still be charged for the entire order. When we did not accept these conditions, she proceeded to give us attitude about how "unprofessional" and "irresponsible" we were acting.
We FINALLY convinced her to call the delivery person who had supposively delivered the flowers to my "best friend" - which should have been the first thing on her list of thing's to do when customers are unhappy. He then told her what we already knew, but also that he had stopped by the Management Office and spoken with a "black girl" at the desk. Well, since I also WORK at this apartment complex, I knew the schedule and knew that there was no one of that description working the entire day. To be thorough, I checked with my manager who confirmed that she and the other manager were the ONLY two people working that day.
The woman on the phone continued to hint that she did not believe our story, and stated several times that it was NOT her problem because their part was over and done with. They delivered to someone and it doesn't matter who, apparently.
The conversation ended with her YELLING at us that she would send someone to the same location the following day to pick up "what was left of the order". A dial tone soon followed as she hung up the phone on us...very professional, indeed.
TAKE THIS STORY AS A WARNING! There is a reason no one has any positive reviews of this so-called "professional" company. There are a number of excellent florists in the Atlanta area, so PLEASE, spare yourself the headache and disappointment and order from someone with REAL experience.

We would like to claify the comment above with the truth. A girl posing to be her best friend said she would take the flowers to her roomate. Sounded legit to us. But we did end up crediting the customers account and offering to relace them. We ALWAYS take care of our customers even when they are RUDE to us. That is why we have been in business 63 years :)
