What People Are Saying About Mc Duff's Irish Pub

In Short – This cozy corner of Ireland is much like any other strip-mall bar--with its dark wood, jukebox, dartboards and the commingling of fried food and smoke. Old Guinness posters, rugby photos and championship trophies lend an air of authenticity. A little saltier than the rest of Buckhead, McDuff's regulars come to drink, not to go out. Young professionals help fill the place on weekends.

!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!DO NOT USE YOUR DEBIT CARD AT MCDUFF'S!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

McDuff's are a bunch of crooks to unsuspecting bar patrons. On two occasions they fraudulently overcharged my debit card upon recent visits. They likely prey on those who infrequently check their online bank statements. They overcharged about 3% to my last two tabs on each occasion so as not to raise suspicion to over served patrons. I kept the receipt of the second visit with the amount I left as gratuity. They reported an extra $ 3.31 to my $ 4 tip on a $24 tab. How freakin skeevy.
If anyone goes to that sh*t hole carry cash. Or a bat. They're a deceitful, slimy sort.
If anyone ever read this and cares, I plan on reporting them to the police and Bttr Biz Bur. Hopefully it will save the horde of wasted bar hoppers some undue expense. I hope those deadbeats get shut down. Come on karma!
- Pros: Strong drinks
- Cons: Steal your money illegally.

This was the best pub around. The food was authentic ally Irish to a fault but is now just bar-type goodies. No afternoon specials or happy-hour. The crew is no longer even Irish? Currently, a disappointment to this old McDuffer. Sandra you are truly missed.
- Pros: free day parking
Buckhead's not dead - at least not here

Excellent pub in the authentic Irish style meaning a bar that you would actually find in Ireland. It wasn't full of leaprechauns and make believe Irish items better kept for Disney.
The beer is excellent and guinness does not compare anywhere in town. Maybe that's because all the staff are actually Irish.
The food was excellent also and was a simple selection of meat pies also found in pubs across Europe, for $5.00 you can't go wrong. A shepard's pie in any other Irish pub in town is double or more.
Live music good beer good food and good people all that and free parking??? In Buckhead are you sure????
- Pros: free parking, inexpensive, authentic
- Cons: location, neighbors
