Best salsa club in atl. I've been a patron of the Sanctuary for a long time and I've always had a good time there. They recently reopened and I'm happy they did, because they have been around for so long. I felt lost when they closed because they where my salsa spot for years. It was great to see all the salsa regulars come back. Other clubs have tried to have latin salsa nights, but it wasn't the same. The Sanctuary is the longest running salsa club that I know of, so they must be doing something right.
Best NightClub in ATL!. I heard The Sanctuary finally reopened last Friday so I went with a bunch of girlfriends to check it out and I was impressed!! First, the atmosphere inside is nothing like Ive seen around. From the grand staircase to the white sheers and private booths. The staff was great and their mojitos are awesome! The DJ was great, we never left the dance floor. They have the same thing on Saturday nights. I'm definitely going back
Great Salsa Dancing.
Great Salsa Dance evenings every friday.I just love it.
The dancers are all really hot .
Everbody who is single will have no difficulties to find a dance partner.
Dress to impress .
Great salsa lesson on two floors for free.
Service is really frindly.
Parking free also.
Great Salsa Club. This is the oldest and best Latin club in Atlanta. I have to respectfully disagree with the post en espanol that says this is not a good latin club.. the service is good and you can't beat it for people who want to learn or dance salsa/merenge/etc..
My favorite in ATL. Hey everyone, moved here from Seattle. Seattle the salsa scene its a lot more exciting than ATL. This place however, its the best that I've been too because it is more exclusive.. You dont get crazy crowd you get at Havana Club. It is also in a nice area of Buckhead. I do recommend going on FRI, cause SAT can get kind of slow. For the ladies if you like to try salsa.. this is a good place. You will feel very confortable and they have very good dancers.
The place for the avid or fledgling salsa dancer.
I especially recommend the salsa socials, which are held on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month. The environment is friendly. There are always plenty of people ready to dance. If you have never danced salsa, a class is offered to kick off the night. And plus, there are always plenty of good dancers (both men and women) whod be happy to help you out. See you there next salsa social.

Spicy Latin music dance club with authentic flavor in Buckhead..
The Scene
From the gilded awnings to the marble pillars, Sanctuary is decorated with flashy touches. A large, imposing staircase leads to the main room, which is replete with high ceilings and a wooden dance floor. DJ Tito spins salsa favorites, perched regally on his musical throne. Plush couches surround the dance floor, providing a perfect place for people-watching and fawning. A full bar in a separate room serves as much needed respite for aching feet.
The Crowd
Sanctuary's mixed crowd ranges from young, suave Latinos to older, married couples out for a night on the town. Ladies, don't worry about bringing a partner; legions of men are ready to squire you away and spin you about like a whirling dervish.
