Not Happy. I had a bad experience with Lenox Limo. I was the meeting planner on a very important analyst meeting for a $1.5 billion company. I scheduled Lenox Limo to pick up 15 people from a hotel and deliver them to a restaurant. #1, I asked for a van and they showed up with a GREYHOUND BUS, #2, they past the restaurant and ended up being 30 minutes late to the dinner. I spoke to the owner of the company and explained my unhappiness and he didn't even offer a discount on the rate for the mistakes they made. I would recommend using caution when using with these folks.

Great Service, Professional Drivers, Nice Cars. Two thumbs up for Lenox Limousine. I have used them three times to take me to the airport and the service is always top-notch. The drivers are well-dressed and professional and the sedans are spacious and clean. The first time I called Lenox Limousine, I left a message to be called back for a quote. Frank called me back promptly and fulfilled my request. I called three other limousine services in Atlanta and not one of them called me back...Frank was the only one to return my call. Great customer service. I'll be using Lenox Limousine every time I need to be taken to the airport from now on. Highly recommended.
