not a good choice at the last minute. Fortunately, this location was able to fit me in about one week before tax day. I came to my meeting very prepared, with all my documents paper-clipped and tacked with sticky notes. Despite my prep work (and our relatively uncomplicated filing status), I waited for 5 hours while our advisor prepared our taxes, while it would have made complete sense for me to leave the information and return later. Meanwhile, she repeatedly stopped to answer the phone, meet with other clients, and tell me all about her upcoming vacation. When I complained, I was told that's simply the way it is when you wait so late.
