Worst Experiences EVER. I do NOT recommend this eye doctor office. Unless, Eva is no longer working there. If she still works there, I would recommend you take your business elsewhere! Eva will at first will seem like a neutral person, but once you need a little more from her, forget it! She is probably the coldest, rudest person I've ever met. She does only the bare necessities to do her job, anything extra she will NOT do and will either give you an attitude or hang up on you. Everyone else in the office is GREAT! I've had a few conversations with her co-workers, who said it would be a blessing if she would quit. Since the office only allows Eva to handle the files and phones, it would be impossible to avoid her. I have gone elsewhere and recommend the same for everyone else.
