While I can't say that I'm very pleased in general with First Union (fees on checking accounts are out of hand), the people who work in this branch are extremely pleasant. I stopped taking good customer service for granted long ago, so smiles and warm 'hello's always make my day.
Pros: Nice people, Convenient location
Cons: Service charges
