horrible experience

I became a victim of identity theft because of this bank. This bank allowed someone to open credit lines in my name without ever verifying that it was me. When I found out about the credit lines. Wachovia still tried to hold me responsible. If you dont want your identity stolen please please dont bank here. Go somewhere else,

Comfortable and Convenient

I've found the staff here to be never less than friendly, helpful and efficient, and willing to work with me when I've needed them to. I've never had to endure an unreasonable wait time in line, and the lobby is a pleasant and comfortable environment. A very enjoyable experience.
