Terrible Satff ..No Customer Srvice

I have to say this is the most unfriendly, cold environment I have ever entered,.The girl at the front desk is rude, direspectful and does not care one bit about this practice. She is clearly there for a pay check only. She seems miserable and it shows! They do not return calls and I have never seen Dr. Boutte. I make an appointment with her and a inexperienced student comes in and asks me what I want. Dr. Boutte better get a hold of her practice before her staff ,who clearly can care less Ruins it for her!

Plan to wait even with an appointment

I have been going to Dr. Boutte for several years and regardless of the day or time of my appointment, I always have to wait at least 1 hour before I am seen by anyone. And often times when I am seen after waiting for an hour the practioner spends 15 minutes with me and doesn't even touch my face. Whereas the diagnosis was once correct and the presecribtion drugss effective, they no longer work but they insist on continuing my prescription. They even prescribe a mixture that the compound pharmacy on S. Cobb Dr would not fill due to FDA warnings. When I contacted them concerning this, they told me to go to another pharmacy. I am now in search of another dermatologist who will at least listen to their patients.

• Cons: Long waits, unhelpful staff

Do Not Visit This Dermatologist

I have visited Dr. Boutte's dermatology office numerous times, and I wonder why I go back. Being new to Atlanta, numerous people recommended Dr. Boutte and her dermatology practice. My experience has been horrible. I have requested an appointment with Dr. Boutte over three visits from Sept. 06 to today. I have yet to see or be seen by Dr. Boutte. My appointment was for 10: sahead of me when I arrived. A strange doctor examined me and informed me that Dr. Boutte was conducting interviews over the phone and wouldn't be seeing me today after I specifically requested an appointment with her. On my last visit, I was seen by a practitioner that was no longer working there. I requested to speak with Dr. Boutte briefly, and she wouldn't see me. At no point was I informed that the wait would be 2 hours long, and that Dr. Boutte would not be seeing me. The doctor I did see could barely speak english, didn't take the time to hear me out, made suggestions based on assumptions, she assumed I processed my hair, amongst many other things.

Don't waste your time. Find a physician that values their practice and their patients. DR. BOUTTE DOES NOT!!!
