Food Court Find!. Yay! Hooray! Huzzah! My office has been at Peachtree Center for about a month and its taken me this long to find "a favorite". Nevermind a favorite, its taken me this long to find something I would bother returning to.

The salads are amazing and fresh and very reasonably priced. I've only gotten veggie salads so far, but the roasted turkey breast and grilled chicken are great, according to my co-workers.

I can wait to try thier sandwiches which also look amazing.

And the rolls? Yum! I actually stood in line today for about ten minutes just to get some of their vinagrette dressing and a roll to go with my salad I brought from home.

A real treat!

The best meal downtown. This place is amazing. It's cheap, fresh and healthy. Most importantly, everything is delicious. The salads (and the homemade balsamic dressing) are particularly good, but the falafel, hummus and wraps are great too. And you get a free cookie with any meal you purchase.

FINALLY! QUICK FOOD THAT YOU DON'T TIRE OF!!!. At first glance, the food court at Colony Square is a dream to the "don't-get-up-early-enough-to-pack-lunch" executive. However, its only real gem is Kameel's Cafe located next to Blimpies. As healthy as you want it to be - they offer salads, hot plates, pizza, hot sandwiches... The chicken salad is made with olive oil and fresh basil. Can't beat it when you put it on a salad with some of Kameel's own dressing. Inexpensive considering the quality of the food. Not sure what to get? They love to give out samples. Don't forget to take a freshly baked chocolate chip cookie on your way out!

Food court oasis. Sandwiched between your typical fast food chains and generic sandwich and salad units, Kameel's is a diamond in Peachtree Center's food court rough. Choose from the hot bar, which features specials like baked fish and pasta dishes, an extremely fresh salad bar, and a wide variety of hot and cold sandwiches. My favorite by far is the flank steak sandwich with mushrooms and onions -- so good, my mouth is literally watering as I type this. Once you've tried Kameel's you'll have a hard time eating anywhere else in Peachtree Center (with the exception, of course, of Willy's).
