Great location. Walkable to all the downtown shopping and close to MARTA for the excursions beyond downtown's hustle & bustle. Spacious, clean rooms and courteous service.

Great Stay!. I think this place was great, for what I paid..there's nothing bad about it. I loved it..great location..near all the hottest night clubs and best places to eat.

Hyatt is dirty!.
We stayed on the Regency Club floor. What a dump! Trays with old food routinely sat outside the doors all day. The carpeting is smelly and badly stained.
Public walkways smell of mold! The "concierge" was unwilling to even try to keep the coffee service going.
This hotel is not a good value for the money.
