Pet Owners Beware!. I have rented from Enterprise for years now. I just returned a car to the Courtland Street location and was slapped with a $75 detail fee because I took my dog along. Nowhere on the website nor any of their rental agreement documentation does it state "no pets". The rental clerk notified me of the "no smoking" policy....but never even mentioned the pet policy. The national customer service center didn't seem to think my complaint about this warranted a change on their website, so I'll have to get my $$ back by word-of-mouth warning.
