Not for everyone

I was seated at Hard Rock Cafe at 4:10pm after a 20 min. wait. I was on a schedule and this was acceptable. My food was still not at our table at 5:15. They had lost our order and time was running out. The manager Mark was a great guy and very sorry for the delay but I was running out of time. Our food finally arrived at 5:45 and was not worth waiting for. Mark eased the situation by giving us our drinks and food. I really think he should have done more because I will never go back to the one in Atlanta.
- Pros: good music, good servers, good music
- Cons: well done food, loud , lost our order
