Body By Inches Changed My Life. Do not let the facility fool you. I have been a member of large gyms and did not use half the equipment.

I started training at BBI Nov. 2010. According to my physical then I weighed 208lbs (I am only 5’6) and I was on 20mg of a popular blood pressure medication.

The member of Body By Inches are truly motivational and the owners Mike and Dee truly live by example. There is a wealth of fitness knowledge that is shared freely and contributed to my overall success.

I had another physical May 15, 2011. I was 167lbs and I was taken to 10mg of my medication in hope of coming completely off.
