Not the best - I took my car here to get a super loud grinding wheel noise looked at. They (Muhammad Zadir) calls me to tell me the issue is with a tension rod that needs to be replaced. I'm not sure what this is but I say OK if that will make the noise stop. Once I get to the dealership and pay the cashier about $350 they bring my car around. It's still making the same grinding noise I told them to fix.

I ask WTF is my car doing still making this noise? they (Muhammad Zadir) says that he thought I wanted to make the engine quieter. I ask to speak to the service director (Chris) and he says he'll give me a "deal" to get a new brake job. They won't refund my money for fixing the wrong part (MY ENGINE WAS FINE HONDA OF UNION CITY DUMMIES!).

So I take my car to a better Honda dealership on the better side of town to get this issue fixed. I get better service and my issue is quickly resolved.

Obviously - I won't be going back to Honda of Union City for anything....

WONDERFUL! ASK FOR THOMAS!. This place was so great! I have had very bad experiences with car dealerships and this was not one of them. I was looking to trade in my honda civic and purchase a new crv without having crazy monthly payment,. They were VERY low pressure and I felt like they actually cared about us. They worked with us to get the payments to where they were affordable. Everyone there made the experience exceptional. Cannot say enough nice things. Mr. White was just the salesman we needed. Thank you Nalley Honda!

nalley just needs to be little better. was told under warranty and wasn't even covered after I dropped off the car and then have to go pick it up after I just dropped it off.
