NOT KID FRIENDLY!. I have lived in Ansley Park for 6 yrs and I have to say it should be called a retirement community! The owner David Greene has absolutely no concern for how the residents feel. The rent goes up EVERY year in the name of property taxes and keeping a beautiful neigborhood....what a joke!

If you have kids don't live here! the park consists of 2 baby swings and a baby slide! they refuse to allow the kids the play anywhere even in your own yard! I checked out 4 other communities of equal cleanliness and they all provide pools, basketball courts, huge playgrounds, some had soccer and volleyball! When i mentioned it to Mr. Greene he quickly said "It isn't my job to entertain your children".

He didn't even want to try to give the kids anyplace to play! Older ppl with NO kids or grandkids, that's what they want living here! They don't even allow church buses in the community to pick up kids who want to hear about GOD!

We have called this HOME for 21 YEARS !!!!. We have been residents here for 21 years. BUT...due to circumstances beyond our control, it is time for us to sell our home and move.

Ansley Park is a wonderful community and one that I have been proud to call home. It saddens me to leave !!

The Community is locally owned and the office is open 6 days a week !!

great caring community. we love this park! the management is so wonderful n helping and they are considerate of others. if you let them know your problems they will work with you my wife and her parents have lived in this park for nearly 10 years and we have been here for nearly 3 years i truely reccomond this community this is a pretty quite neighbor hood with friendly neighbors and great maintance guys who will help with any problem that you have.

the best manufactured housing community in georgia. this is a great place to rent from. the managers are the friendliest people. it is as if you were talking to your best friend, they are curtious and knowlegable! these people know theyre stuff! the whole ansley park staff are very friendley and helpful!!!! The park is beutiful they have done really well keeping this park clean,beutiful,and running smooth. they are very helpful with customers, and tennants. these people will do what they can and as fast as they can to please you!!!! These people are great!!!!!!!!

AVOID THIS PLACE. This park claims to be the 'best park in Georgia." Are you kidding?! They have the worst management on the planet. They are only concerned about getting their money, and do nothing to help their tenants. The playground is a joke (2 swings and that's it!) Many of the yards are washing away because they won't fix them. No one answers the telephone in the office, even though the 'management' is in the office. This is a pathetic place to try to rent from!
