The Afternoon Clerk Has Poor Customer Service Skills.
I just wanted to share my experience with with my fellow consumers, concerning the afternoon clerk that is on duty at this location on a daily bases !!!! I find this person (a male of a different national origin) to be very rude and having very poor people skills. On several of my visits to this Texaco location, I have had the "displeasure" of being waited on by this person and I cansay without a doubt, he does not understand that we the consumer are the reason that he has a job!!!! I personally have worked in positions where "Customer Service" was provided, both as an employee and as a supervisor, it was "ALWAYS" our practice to give the "CUSTOMER" outsatanding "CUSTOMER SERVICE"..... Our motto was: "We Are Here For Business or We have No Business Here".
That being the case, This person has no business there!!!!
