Amazing Service, Great ambiance. ICI goes above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. The waiting area always makes me feel so at peace. They always do a great job. I highly recommend this spa!

Awful experience. I went here for two services one day, and several things happened while I was there. First of all, I came in and no one acknowledged me at the front desk. They were in some sort of conversation and acted as though they did not to be bothered. Next I was taken to a waiting room where I proceeded to make a cup of tea, only to find lipstick stains on one of the cups. The massage I had was mediocre and the therapist ignored all my requests. Also, the sheets felt like those used in a cheap hotel, so who knows how clean they were. I highly doubt they would pass a health inspection and need to work on their people skills. I will never go here again.
