Need better customer service, and follow through on warranties.

Very poor service. New install required 8 follow up visits before they got the NEW unit working. Several phone calls to VP/GM were not returned. Did not follow through on warrantys. 3 times phone calls were not returned after speaking to customer service rep. Promised to call back and did not.
