total ripoff , robbery by hotel. had reservations, had to cancel 4 days before stay due to health issue my wife had , talked to manager , no problem gave us a confirmation # for cancellation , called back weeks later they say no refund, tried calling owner Bob Patel , several times, he has not responded ,Bob cannot find time to talk to me about this too busy to deal with me , I'm out 260 dollars , so lets recap had reservations , called and cancelled got confirmation now they wont refund , buyer beware , ripoff , bob is to busy to talk to you , left messages every day for a week

so BOB , now i will review your hotel on every site and theta 260 dollars you stole is going to be the hardest 260 dollars you ever stole

Great Hotel BUT...... It's a great hotel but if any of you are looking to save some $$ then book it at referer.us/8/GoodHotelDeals They usually have some pretty good deals on there!
