“never ever get her apology in this rude & terrible service at all.”
Believe me, don't shop at the Macy's.
Last Monday, I went to the Macy's at Lakeline Mall in Cedar Park, TX and when I went to the Clinique Cosmetic counter to buy my stuff and the white sale lady said I have to come back on the following Wed. if I need to get the bonus stuff which will start on Wed. I then paid for my staffs but had to leave them with her and come back again after the event starts.
Later, on Thursday, I went back there just to get my stuffs & I was completely ignored by the African American sale lady working at the counter. She was helping another customer, and then she acknowledged me after 5 mins. passed, she said that she would be with me. She's still very much easy going on with her sale proceeding with the other customer. I had been waiting like 15 mins. with 2 kids (you know kids doesn't have much patience) and asked her I really need my stuffs that I have paid for and get rid of there. She said I have to wait wait and wait till she's finish with the customer. Come on gals, can you do better than that? Work smart, you just give me that things & I will be away... jeezzz.
I thought that's it...I suddently told her I wanted to cancel my transaction so that I should have been waiting so long along with my two kids with me. I didn't see anyone do care about kids. That the bad rule #1.
YOU know what, that lady took some action but asked her colleage to get my stuff. See, I fully got her message that she's not the one who sell the products that's why she has no motivation to do anything for anybody else. That the bad ruld #2 is going on in this Mall.
I never ever get her apology in this rude & terrible service at all.
I felt like it was a terrible shopping experience! TOO BAD!!! If I had her name, I would have reported this directly.. I expect better service and so do other unnoticed customers. I would never ever be back again, I promise.
I would not shop at the Macy's Jewelry Counter!.
Last weekend, my mother and I went to the Macy's at Southlake Mall, and the music was so loud, it was like PRIMETIME on a Sunday!! Not only that, but when I went to the jewelry counter, I was completely ignored by the African American Associate working at the jewelry counter.
She was helping another customer, and she never acknowledged me at the counter. Then when I addressed her, she said that she would be with me. She proceeded her sale with the other customer, completed the sale at the register, spoke with another customer, and then left the jewelry area that I was in, even though another customer, (not my mother), was also waiting at the counter and was not acknowledged either.
I had been waiting so long that when my mother returned from looking at something else, I was still left standing there with my question unanswered about a $60.00 bracelet.
I really wanted this for someone's Christmas gift, and I wanted to know if she knew what it was made out of - silver, pewter, etc., and my question was never answered because she left me standing there and never helped me.
I felt like it was a terrible shopping experience!
It was like a club with no people in the clothes.... HOW TACKY!!!
If I had her name, I would have reported this directly, but she never gave it.
Moral Shopping Lesson 101: Don't go to Macy's....
I used to work at SOUTHLAKE MALL, and I expect better service and so do other unnoticed customers.
