Great Service!. Basically I bought a laptop from ben's back in November of last year (2011) and I brought it into the shop yesturday and picked it up today. Everything on the computer was working perfect!! the reason why i carried it into the shop was for viruses.

The laptop came with 6 month warranty, and they said that viruses wasnt covered under warranty, I was unaware about that, but I agreed to pay for the work because I checked with Dell about the viruses removal, and they charge 195. + and they do it over the phone!! I was like what! i can buy awhole another laptop

Ben's was able to get me going for 45. even.. Down from the 69. virus removal normal price they said..

I was unaware that software was different from hardware and the guy Justin there explained to me the differences, other than that Im well pleased with the service.

Any other shop would have charge 70+ for the repair and a 45. diag. fee

Great Service! Best Prices!. Great Service! Good people.. My family and I, have delt with Ben's for a few years now.. Over the years we've watched bens grow!.. The guys that work for them are very good at what they do.. Ben's has 1 tech thats always busy bouncing around from 1 customer to another and fixing computers too lol.. The only thing bad i could say about them is that the phones dont get answered from all the traffic in the shop.

Support Ben's! We need 'em!. My whole family (and many co-workers) have been happy using Ben's for years. Same-day (or next) day service is fast and honest. Much lower prices than those around my neck of the woods. If some of you aren't happy with Ben's products or services, just call him or Lynn, as I'm certain they will make it right for you. A great asset for our community, especially with all the donations they make to the needy. Good folks.

good place to buy a computer or get one repaired.. Ben's Has worked on several computers for my family and I. Every time i take one in to be worked on, its usually repaired and able to be picked within the next day or 2. They only thing bad that ive noticed is that the 4 guys Ive seen working there is always boncing around from different computers to help customers walking in, and phones are always ringing.. I would say that the phones are not being answered if anything bad lol.. Other than that the service is great. Ben's Computers stands behind thier work to my knowledge.

Bad Service. Sold me the wrong item. Made my computer slower instead of faster. They didn't know what they were doing. Too many umm's and I'm not sure's.

Not Good very bad. Dishonest as they can be. Didn't get a windows disk, and nothing else. Wanted to charge for a computer i just bought to repair. Won't go back.

friendly service fast and knowlegeable. Bens Hobby Computer Shop has great service. They provide fast, friendly service and they are very helpful. They met all my needs.
