I do not recommend Allan Vigil Ford Collision Center in Morrow, GA. I had situation where I called several times and left several messages. No one called me back. Spoke with Lennie Bishop who is the manager of the body shop, he never called me back or attempted to help. Unfortunately, I had to contact the General Manager of the dealership to help resolve my situation. Poor customer service

Very Good. Allan Vigil Ford truly went out of there way for me. I am one of those really picky people and I analyze everything. I test drove almost every car on the lot and had to find the right one in the right color. Then I wanted the wheels from a different car so they transferred them for me. I asked them to tint the windows and remove some ugly molding. After I was completely satisfied with the car is when we started the paperwork. They were very patient with me and i couldn't ask for the outcome to be any better.

Good Food. Allan Vigil Ford has the best cars around. Every time I drive by they always have some special going on and on some of the weekends they have a BBQ. Well one day I stopped by to take a look and everyone was so nice. I have never owned a Ford but this dealer alone has changed my perception on Ford. They had given me so much info and are really true to there customers. I am now a proud Ford owner and I have Allan Vigil Ford to thank.

Im Glad. Allan Vigil has always giving me great service. It was now time to get a new car so I went to them first. They gave me full trade in on my old car and I was happy about that. Then they gave me a big discount on a new car and threw in a rebate for it. I'm really glad we went to Allan Vigil Ford.

No BS. Allan Vigil ford gave the best deal on a new truck to a friend a mine so I had to go there for myself and try it for myself. When I got there, I told them I want the same deal that a friend of mine got on his truck. They looked up his deal and then ran my credit. They showed me a few trucks that they could get me into and I picked one out. I was in and out of there with no BS. It was a piece of cake.

Had Fun. When arriving at Allan Vigil for a new sedan I knew I was going to leave with a new car, but I wasn’t thinking I was going to also get the best customer service ever. I know that’s sounds far fetched, but that’s how I feel. There wasn’t one person rude and they thoroughly went over all the paperwork. I enjoyed purchasing here.

Best Deal. Allan Vigil ford had the best deal around that I could find. I was able to get a new Focus at a great price and a great rate. They gave me 0 down and a low interest rate. I was also able to get a decent trade in value on my old car. If I had to say my overall experience at Allan vigil was good with no problems.

Old to New. Allan Vigil Ford was able to help me get out of my old car which was upside down. I got myself a new sedan and I love it. I am no longer worried about having a high payment and always being behind. I am now loving my new car and I have Allan Vigil and staff to thank.

Great. Allan Vigil for gave me the best deal on a new truck. I didn’t have to haggle or walk away and then get a phone call later to come back down. They were able to give me a good deal and have me out of there in less then 2 hours. That’s what I call service.
