In Short – Owner Sonny Tillman has been serving the same Southern barbecue and fixings since 1968. A common roadside stop, Sonny's offers low prices and barbecue; roomy booths, wagon-wheel chandeliers and homey craft art are the standard dining room decor. House barbecue sauce, available sweet, regular or hot, spices up large helpings of smoked beef, pork, chicken, turkey and ribs. Sides like fresh fried okra, onion rings and barbecue beans complement the entrees.

One of the best dining experiences i have had in a long time. The server was very attentive and was quick on the refills. I had the baby back ribs combo which were even better than my father smokes!! And if that wasent enough the deserts were out of this world. Try the peach cobbler. Anyway thats that and try sonny's for a great dining experience!
- Pros: Good food, cheap, great service, Try the corn nuggets!
- Cons: Big portions means your full before desert.

Like that it was a friendly atmosphere. The server came back to fill our tea even though we didn't ask. My friend had the new grilled chicken with a bunch of toppings and we shared some of those corn nuggets which should be a dessert! I had the pulled pork on the garlic bread, Wow! I'll be back!
- Pros: It was SO good - sweet sauce was perfect
- Cons: My appetite wasn't big enough
